Shipping, Taxes and Returns

We accept all major credit cards online, you may also pay using paypal or the afterpay service for Australian residents. Please select your method at checkout.

Afterpay allows you to have your goods now and arrange to pay for your items in 4 interest free instalments using your credit card. For more information prior to checkout go to www.afterpay.com.

All domestic shipping inside Australia is currently $8.95. Alternatively, we do offer a pick up service for locals, Just select this at the checkout and you wont be charged for postage. Our store is currently closed due to these unprecedented times and your item will be available to pick up from a lock box outside the store. Upon making a purchase, we will place your item and email you a code.

Alternatively, we are happy to make door to door deliveries to the following suburbs for:

City/Albert park/Middle park/ Port Melbourne/South Melbourne/St. Kilda/ East st. Kilda/ Elsternwick/Caulfield/ South Yarra, Toorak and Prahan.

All International customs and taxes are not considered , please make sure you are aware of these for your country when ordering. If you would like Insurance, signature on delivery or extra tracking, please request by e mail. There may be a charge.

All items that are marked made to order are considered commissions are therefore not valid for return or exchange unless faulty. Please contact us to discuss current production times.

All other stocked items have a strict 3 day turnaround for change of mind and may be returned for an refund or exchange. Please see the terms below for this process:

In order to make a return for a refund or exchange please follow the steps below:

Please send us an email to erannaylorjewellery@gmail.com or call us on 03) 9650 6703 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the item is a commissioned piece it cannot be exchanged or returned due to the unique nature of it.
If all agreed we will provide you with our returns instructions and will provide you with a returns authorisation code.
Include your original receipt in the returned parcel and please make sure the returns authorisation code is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns authorisation code will not be accepted.
It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Your return must be clearly marked on the front of the package, DO NOT DEAD DROP.

Eran Naylor Jewellery accepts returns and exchange requests made within 3 days from when the goods have been received by you or a third party. Returns received after the 3 day period and up to 7days will only be accepted at the discretion of Eran Naylor Jewellery for a credit note. A credit note is valid for 1 year from the issue date. Returns received after the 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

The products you return must be in new and unused condition with all the original packaging and invoice/receipt. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and postage charges.

Eran Naylor Jewellery are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
